Material Clean Up
We are trying a new system for assisting in putting materials away. We hope we can accomplish the following;
Preschool:
1. Students will drop their preschool lesson plan into the folder found on google drive (Link is provided at the bottom). This will allow us to track the materials being used most frequently and then help when putting materials away.
2. Office Assistants will gather the loaded carts from the classroom and put the materials away. Please organize your materials on the cart so it makes putting the materials away a smoother process. We also ask that one student comes to help put materials away for a few minutes. This is a job that can be rotated.
3. Clean-up process
a. Clean toys following cleaning protocol.
b. Place on cart in clean-up bins or original bins
c. Leave list on the cart with the cleaned items
d. Anything that needs laundering, place in the laundry room as usual. We will mark it off as we put it away.
e. Return items to Gross Garage, outdoor sheds, etc. clean up art as usual, and so on.
4. If items are missing;
a. You should know as you are returning items to the cart during cleaning, please find them before lab ends.
b. Missing/broken items will be replaced and may be charged to your lab budget.
Toddler:
1. Students will drop their toddler lesson plan into the folder found on google drive (Link is provided at the bottom). This will allow us to track the materials being used most frequently and then help when putting materials away.

3. Clean-up process
a. Clean toys following cleaning protocol.
b. Place on cart in clean-up bins or original bins. Please sort rather than all in the same bucket, it makes putting away much quicker and easier.
